Transplant Pharmacist Position

University of Colorado Hospital (UCH) is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for our Transplant Unit who will be an active member of our interdisciplinary team. With the ultimate goal of achieving positive outcomes toward improvement in the patient’s health and quality of life, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring and promoting the safe, rational, efficacious and cost-effective use of drug therapy in transplant care and recovery. Ambulatory and acute care responsibilities will also be part of this collaborative opportunity. In this intricate field of work, you will need to have:
-A PharmD degree and Colorado licensure
-Advanced knowledge and experience serving transplant patients and a PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Practice Residency is preferred
